The Person Behind the Strategy
Certified OBM | Built by a Woman Who Gets It
I Built This Business One Nap Window at a Time
I started Virtual Insight at the tail end of the pandemic — with a newborn baby, a toddler, a husband, and zero clue how I was going to pull it off.
But I knew one thing: I was done settling. I wanted fulfillment. I wanted flexibility. And I wanted to build something that actually lit me up.
So I did what any determined mom would do — I built it during nap time.
I remember those early days clearly. Up at all hours of the night, rocking a baby with one arm and typing client emails with the other. I ran discovery calls with spit-up on my shirt and figured out automation workflows in between. I didn't have office hours. I had nap windows. I didn't have a team. I had grit.
And I didn't have time to waste so I became efficient, strategic, and systems-obsessed real fast.
That season taught me everything I know about running a business the smart way. I found every possible way to streamline, automate, and organize because I had to. What started as survival became strategy. And that strategy became Virtual Insight.
From Behind the Scenes to Fully Stepping In
For a long time, I was already doing the work of an OBM managing projects, streamlining systems, keeping everything from falling apart behind the scenes. I had the strategy. I had the skills. I had the receipts.
But I didn't have the title, even though at the time I held a BSc in Business Management.
I started out as a virtual assistant, supporting visionary women who were building businesses that changed lives. And little by little, my role evolved. Clients weren't asking me to schedule posts or update CRMs anymore, they were coming to me for operational clarity, business structure, and real growth support.
Eventually I realized: I didn't need permission. I just needed to own my path.
So I made it official. I enrolled, got certified, and stepped fully into the role I had already been living every day. Now, with a Bachelor's in Management, a Certified DBM credential, and a Master's in Business from the University of Illinois nearly complete I bring that same commitment, strategy, and hard-earned experience to every client I serve.
"I didn't need permission — I just needed to own my path."
You've Built Something Real. Now Let's Make It Run Like It.
I work with coaches, consultants, and expert service providers who are 3+ years into their businesses and feeling the weight of a backend that hasn't kept pace with their growth.
You're not disorganized. You're overloaded.
You're still the final decision-maker on everything. The keeper of all the context. The default escalation point for your team, your clients, and your own sanity. You've built real momentum and now you need the operational architecture to match it.
You don't need more hustle. You need structure that holds.
That's exactly what I build.
