I’m Jodiann Chin, a Digital Business Operations Specialist with deep roots in the tourism, travel, and service-based industries. Since founding Virtual Insight, I’ve worked with coaches, consultants, creatives, and agency owners to help them reclaim their time and restore clarity in the back end of their businesses.
